SEALFIT IS A WAY OF LIFE

SEALFIT was born out of the desire to help NAVY SEAL candidates successfully complete Navy SEAL Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BUD/S) training with a special emphasis on surviving NAVY SEALS “hell week”. . We then discovered that civilians were interested in participating in a Navy SEAL fitness training and the program evolved to something much more. Beyond being a Navy SEAL fitness program, SEALFIT has become a way of life and state of mind for thousands of people around the world. Developed by retired Navy SEAL Commander Mark Divine, SEALFIT combines physical training with mental toughness training to help you get through virtually anything life throws your way. Explore our programs and events that replicate the Navy SEAL training camp experience today.

SEALFIT IS FOR ANYONE THAT WANTS TO BE BETTER
SEALFIT doesn’t just help special ops candidates, military warrior and elite athletes. It’s for anyone that has the desire to learn the skills mentioned above, to improve, become a better father, mother, teammate and leader… and to foster a warrior spirit. In essence, anyone who wants to find optimal physical and mental health, live with courage, and succeed in whatever area you compete, is a candidate for SEALFIT. The training is demanding, yet extremely fun and scalable to meet the needs of both beginners and advanced athletes.

KOKORO™ is considered the most powerful and challenging physical, mental and emotional training available to civilians in the world. Modeled after the U.S. Navy SEAL’s famous Hell Week and integrated with Mark Divine’s world-renowned Unbeatable Mind™ training, KOKORO is the premier training event for forging mental toughness, emotional resiliency, and elite team skills.

Your SEALFIT coaches will use their years of training and experience to help guide you to overcome any obstacle, eradicate fear and tame your mind.

Building on what you learn and experience from other 20X crucible events, KOKORO is a major milestone in your journey to evolve to your fullest potential as a human being, and to maximize performance – all in, all the time!

You’ll ascend to the summit of Five Mountains of physical, mental, emotional, intuitional and spiritual wholeness with this life-changing event. It will transform every aspect of your being.

There is life before, and then there is life after KOKORO.

Civilian leaders, both men and women, as well as military special operations candidates, train side by side in this crucible. Each trainee is seeking to tap into strength and resolve that is 20X (twenty times) what they had previously thought accessible.

First, begin your physical and mental training with SEALFIT Online and by reading Mark Divine’s books 8 Weeks to SEALFIT and Unbeatable Mind. Then, attend the Unbeatable Mind Experience to learn the mental and emotional skills. Next, attend the 20X and 20XL events to identify gaps in your training, and to condition your body and mind for the KOKORO experience. Approaching it in this way will allow you to attack the event from a position of strength, and to fully integrate all the transformative moments (as opposed to just “gutting” through it in misery).
