Fearless Performances Athletic and Personal development program offers performance training in areas like leadership, life skills, mental toughness, emotional resilience, the science behind nutrition, proper recovery, and body management. Developed over the course of 10 years by working with Cmdr Mark Divine, and his Navy SEAL based Unbeatable Mind program, John Kabat Zinn's Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program, and Google's Leadership training, our programs promote athletic progression, character development, and overall personal development. Our goal is to help each athlete, student and executive achieve their full potential in sport, education, and business, while preparing you to take on all of life’s challenges.
Mental Training Plans
Fearless Performance has partnered with Ben Carnes, creator of The Mental Plan, who has been helping athletes improve the mental side of their game since 1999, to offer his mental training plans for athletes and coaches as part of our service.​

Ben created the Focus Cycle, to enable athletes to greatly improve their confidence and take back control of their focus on the field of play. Ben knows that each individual athlete struggles with their own specific parts of the mental side of the game. ​

Coaching Mental Fitness
Training coaches on what mental fitness training is, why it is needed, how it works, how to approach it, and what mental training can do for your athletes and team. Thirty years ago, coaches didn’t see the need for physical weight based training in all sports, and now coaches surround themselves and their programs with cohorts of strength and conditioning trainers.
